Currently before Cabinet is a draft cabinet paper for the establishment of a Building Standards Authority to enforce the provisions of the building code.  We have attached these proposals for your comments.  Also included are eight (8) appendices and 1 attachement, which relates to the registration of building practitioners.

Please review and submit your comments.  Comments should be sent to sent  by Fax to 427-5078. 

You may also telephone us at 426-2771/5. 

Comments should be received by March 4th, 2011.
