Request for Proposals

 The Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Council is a statutory organization dedicated to improving the competitive position of Barbados through workforce development.

Establiahed by the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Council Act, 1993 – 11 of the Laws of Barbados, the Council is mandated to plan, coordinate and establish standards and qualifications for technical and vocational training.

The TVET Council wishes to engage the services of a Consultant to conduct a public relations/communication Stakeholder Needs Analysis.  Interested persons are invited to submit proposals based on our Terms of Reference which can be collected from the following address:
