Dear BSBA Member,

Please be aware of an ammendment to our correspondence sent on 13 May, 2011 Re: SBW 2011.

Members completing the BSBA 2011 Awards application form are required to complete only 6 questions Instead of 7 as previously stated.  We apologized for any inconvenience this may have caused.

See the notice and corrected Application Form attached.
